OIATC
Three programs. One premise.
The systems meant to serve First Nations are rarely chosen by them. Each program puts that right in a different place. All three have shipped work, and each page says what the next dollar unlocks.
Live does not mean finished. Everything here is still in progress; the label says whether you can use it today, not whether it is done.
The stages
Anishinaabemowin
Language revitalization with consent infrastructure. A curated corpus now, Lesson 1 in prototype, language games live on Minoo, a talking doll now being built, and story nights to come, all on technology the community controls.
What is built, and what funding unlocks →Anokii
Community platforms built on Waaseyaa, designed to be Nation-governed. Two OIATC-run reference vantages run today, seeded from public information, with a regional coverage plan from Sault Ste. Marie to Sudbury to Manitoulin ready to fund.
The reference vantages and the rollout plan →Community knowledge
Plain-language explainers for members: where community data lives, and responsible AI in coursework. Living resources, kept current through a time-stamped news system.
The explainers and their reach →OIATC supports the independent, member-led Robinson Huron Treaty Members' Transparency Circle. We neither run it nor govern it.
When communities choose and govern their digital systems, the systems fit. When the systems fit, services and language outcomes improve. We exist to make the first part true.
